Turned out better than I thought. No track tonight and I was reminded its REALLY hard to find these kinds of paces on the road. I just tried to count 77 seconds in my head and hope I was close enough. This was a struggle and I didn't feel strong at all, but I did survive. Every run gets just a little bit better.

2-3 miles easy
800m at a moderate effort
(2:00 jog)
5 x 400m at ~77's or faster
(200m SLOW jog or walk)
6 x 150m at 800m effort
(jog back slowly as recovery)
Finish up easy to get you to 7-8 miles
