Tough workout. I really struggled....very tired, but I had to get up early to get it done today. Slow miles were really slow, but I was glad to have it out of the way.

6 x 30 seconds at ~5k effort
(45 second recovery)
Finish up easy to get you to 6 miles....7 if you have time.
