Good little hill workout. Did 4 of the hill loops which are all about 2/3 of a mile. Legs pretty dead from Thursday night still so it was hard to get it going much on these reps. The footing wasn't too bad; had to keep an eye out but the actual hill loop was probably the best footing we found.
