Tough workout. I ran it okay, but I was simply going through the motions. My heart wasn't in it; too much work to do and I can't get my mind off of it. Tried very hard to stay in control on the 1200s and I did generally okay. It was a little difficult to gauge because there was a reasonable breeze coming down the homestretch. Got through them and immediately thought there was no way I'd survive the 1000s. I was surprised when I not only survived but ran them a touch fast. Happy with that progression.
Didn't have quite the turnover for the 150s that I did a couple of weeks ago, but I pushed a little on them and I think they're probably okay. Another brick in the foundation...
