Not what I'd originally planned. Coach suggested these tonight instead of a fartlek run. Worked out okay because I got to avoid the wind for the most part. The knee loosened up a little, but not as much as I'd have liked it to. I guess I'll find out tomorrow if I made it worse or if its still okay. It felt good to really stretch the legs out, even though I wasn't running all that fast. I miss having that top gear.
