Had to watch the footing a bit, but the snow actually helped provided a little more traction than just having ice everywhere. Wasn't sure about the workout portion, but Mo was itching for some faster miles so I gave it a go with him. It turned out better than I anticipated. I guess that's some evidence that even when the going is rough, you can get in quality work if you focus and put your mind to it. Was definitely a tough run, but glad to have one more stepping stone in place.

Putting down 8 miles as a goal today Brian. A sub goal would be to get in 4 miles at a moderate effort. If you have some pacing duties though for anyone feel free to dump the pacing and help pacing :) Hopefully some springlike weather today on the run.
