Simple little workout. Tried to be strong on the 30s without pushing too hard. Legs a bit cranky this week, ready for that day off.

12 x 30 seconds at a hard effort
(45-60 seconds recovery)
Finish up with some easy jogging to get you to 7 or even 8 miles.
