Struggled with this one. Hit the paces, but numerous breaks in there based on various factors. Didn't feel great about it.

~2-3 miles easy
15:00 at ~6:15/mile
(5:00 jog)
10:00 at ~6:10/mile
(5:00 jog)
5:00 at GO! ...hopefully 5:59 or faster
Finish up easy to get you to 11-12 miles.
Let's hope the weather today is similar to the weather you had in San Jose...not holding my breath though.
