Made it through almost three of the reps and then the footing just got to be too slick. Gave up on the workout after that, but kept a slight amount of pressure on the pace so we didn't completely miss everything. DIsappointed because I was feeling terrific for those first three reps.

~1.5 to 2 miles easy
5 to 6 x 1:00 at ~5k effort
(1:30 'recovery' at what feels like marathon effort)
Easy jog afterwards to get you to 6 or 7 miles.
Not putting exact paces on this one as I'd rather you focus on effort. Plus, the footing/conditions can throw a wrench into this. Feel free to run this on Tuesday if you want to.
