Just Rob and I tonight. Went up around Cedar and Calhoun because we thought the footing might be better. It was in pretty decent shape. Glad this isn't an overly hard workout, because my head is already next to the pool with a fruity drink. Feeling generally okay and the warmer weather and better footing help a lot. Didn't get down to interval on the first two, but did pretty good I think considering the conditions. The GRP was great, broke it into 6x5min on my watch to give me a mental break, but I didn't take any recovery between them, just having it beep was a transition into the next five minutes.
