Swapped the workout today with tomorrow so I could sync up with Doug. Joined the group run tonight from Boom Island to run down to Stone Arch and see the river where they dropped the level. Quite interesting but way too many people around. Did manage to sneak down to the river bottom for a bit just to look around.

Have a wonderful trip to Iowa this weekend Brian and happy birthday to your dad. Cutting the volume/density back here. If you cannot get a run in for some reason that's a-ok with me...don't stress on fitting a run in this weekend.

If you get a chance to run today, 5-6 miles would be good to shake the legs out.
