Terrible workout. Programmed as 4x5:00 for the mental break, but could only make it 5 at a time before I had to stop and recover. Had to do on my own. The humidity and heat just killed me and I think I'm still struggling to get any energy back.

~2-3 miles easy
20 minute tempo at ~6:10/mile
Run a bit after to get you to 7-8 miles.
Simple and straight forward.
