Really tough long week...15 hour days trying to get a customer evaluation going. No time to run all week with up early, work, quick dinner, and then back to work. Managed to get out the door today on my favorite Austin running loop for a few miles. Didn't look at distance, just ran easy and tried to get the legs moving again.
