Decent long run and workout. Seemed to hit all the worst parts of the route to run hard, but managed to get through it.

~2-3 miles easy
3 x 1.5 miles
(4 minute jog recovery)
Shoot for ~6:00-6:10/mile on this....maybe starting at 6:10/mile to settle in and then increase from there if feeling good.
