Really strong workout. Felt better than I expected. Maybe struggled a bit on reps 3-4, but held pace okay....surprised at how well this one turned out.

7 mi
1.5 to 2 miles easy
6 x 1:00 at a moderately fast effort....~5:45/mile?
(1:30 'recovery' at a moderate pace...let's say ~6:30/mile)
Easy jog afterwards to get you to 6 or 7 miles.
Shoot for what feels like the efforts listed above. It's incredibly challenging to hit paces in such short distances. Go for effort :)
