Hill workout with the team. Treacherously icy this morning and doubted we'd be able to even run much. The paths were glare ice for the most part. We decided to check out the hill...the upper half was probably the best pavement strip we found anywhere. Had to change up the workout a bit, but it was good to get in some quality. Paths got a little better as it warmed up, but it was still a little hit or miss on the footing.
