Ran over to the lake and then a lap with the group. Sore from the lift and tired from a long day, but nice to get a few miles in to stretch out my legs.

Heading firmly into mid-April this week. Let's hope for some shorts running weather here. Gotta be soon! Been a long winter this year for some reason. Anyway, easy miles here...6 of them to be exact.
