Notes
This went better than I expected. Legs are still feeling a little dead from last week's racing. It was a great night out; a little warm but overcast and only a light breeze. I jumped in and figured I do what I could as long as I could.
I didn't feel like I had much trouble at all until about the 4th 600. Sledding got a little tougher after that, but I really focused on splits and staying consistent. Pretty happy with how it turned out.
150s might not be quite as fast as they could have been, but my right hamstring was just a little tender so I didn't over work it on the faster reps.
