Not great, not terrible. Ron adjusted the workout a bit to fit more what I needed and to cut back some on the volume. I was thankful for the break and the direction I got last night. I think it helped. I felt pretty decent on the first couple of these, but never found the pace I was supposed to. Just went quick up the hill and then tried to hold on coming down the hill.
Had a great group out tonight. I quick counted about 30 or so. It's more fun to do these around a big group of people.
My right achilles was a bit sore tonight afterwards. I'm afraid these shoes aren't keeping the right glute firing. Gotta kick back up the PT exercises and watch this a little.
