Got out earlier the next day to run and it was a terrific morning. Nice and cool. Did the first three or so with Ann, then a quick bathroom break at dad's house and then down to the hill. Tough hill I've done before, but it's a good one for uphill repeats. About 75-80 meters up the hill there is a street crossing where the incline actually gets steeper for a few steps.

If time/interest allows:
2 miles easy
12-14 x 100m Hills
(slow jog down as recovery)
Run these at 800m effort. Get a rolling start as well.
Jog some after to make it 7 miles.
