Notes
Decent workout before I got knocked off the track by the storm. Temp and humidity were nasty hot when I first started the warmup and on the first two reps. Then the clouds rolled in and the temps started dropping. Made for a pretty nice day to workout in the second half. Only really off rep is the first 150 and it was one where the wind literally shifted as I came around the bend so I had a headwind.
Felt like I was "running prelims" on the 400s. Each one was about 250-300m with a nice easy cruise to the finish line so I wasn't too fast.
