Decent long run. The middle miles were fairly tough. I'm probably pushing a little harder than moderate on them, but it feels good to work hard.

Daylight savings bit today...not a fan necessarily of the spring one. The big positive is sunlight lingers longer in the day. Anyway, long run time today.
