Tough workout and I fell behind quite a bit. It's great to step up the level of intensity that I'm able to do during some of these with some speed guys. In my defense, Ken was fast on several of the intervals where he dropped me, but I faded at the end of a few of the reps. Basic workout was 1000 (:37 200s), 5:00 rec, 800 (0:35), 4:00 rec, 600 (0:34), 3:00 rec, 400 (0:33), 2:00 rec, 200 (0:32), 2:00 rec, 200 (GO!).

Legs felt dead on rep1, but I tried to hold on. We took turns leading and I told Ken I'd get him at least a few laps even though I wasn't feeling great. Held on through most of my lead, but you can see a pretty hard fade on most reps. Don't know if I can just chalk it up to being a little off today or not.
