Felt okay about this. In my mind originally it was a pretty easy workout. The reality was that I struggled. I don't think it was about the paces or the time or anything other than just being tired from work. I'm glad I got the workout in and I fell better for having done it. Any the results are generally good. I think the only miss was the first 2:00 where I was running too fast, tried to back off and backed off a bit too much. It was still close enough that I'm not worried about that one...especially given the strength in the later reps.

We had this down a couple weeks back but doing it a different way this time around.
~2 miles easy
1-2-3-3-2-1
(1:30 recovery jogs)
Goal pace is consistent throughout at ~5:50/mile. If that feels a bit too easy then feel free up the ante a bit.
Finish up easy to get you to 7-8 miles on the day.
Doug had this down today as well.
