Good long run on a nasty day out. Felt really solid on the intervals given the footing and conditions. Only 4 on my schedule, but did the extra rep and added two miles to keep Doug company. Back really sore from shoveling snow, and it took a while for it to loosen up...need to watch it and hit the chiro tomorrow. Other than that, pretty pleased with the run and my effort level during the intervals.
