Solid long run. Was supposed to be helping Mary Rae hit 8s on the way back, but I was at 7:45s and she was dropping me like a bad habit.

I thought about adding in a workout here today during this long run but opted out with the hills yesterday Brian. Without a workout in this run it's all about some comfortable miles --- 7-8 of the them to be exact. Feel free to push the effort a bit if feeling good.
