Not quite sure how I feel about this one. On one hand I did much better with my recoveries and keeping them down. On the other, I didn't hit my goal pace at all. Did pretty decent on the first set, and then backed of the pace considerably due to the heat and the fatigue I've felt. I had zero legs all the way through, so this was just pushing to try and get better. I don't really even remember that much of the workout other than it hurt, ALOT.
