Pretty good long run. Legs a little tired from the garage work yesterday, but generally feeling like I wanted to push. Rolled through the moderate miles keeping them under control...ran with it a bit the last couple of miles.

Long run time has come again. Leaving the door open here on this run to push the pace a bit if feeling good. Run a few miles easy (3 or 4). If feeling pretty good...say above a 7/10 then run 4 miles or so at a moderate pace. If you feel below that number or the weather isn't cooperating then just run easy for 10 miles or the equivalent amount of time it'd take to run in normal conditions.
