This one sucked worse than I could have imagined. First 3 miles were at: 6:04, 6:06, 6:10. I could even dream of getting through the last three. They were something like: 5:56, 6:18, 6:15. I was tired and we didn't get going until late, so it was like running in an oven. Lucky just to survive this one. Can't ever seem to have a good tempo run workout. How can I make these any better?
