Easy run with the guys. My calves are really tight and sore. Trouble walking but was okay once I got going. Still painful during the run, but loosened up enough I could run. Must have overdone it a little in the spikes last night. Nothing I'm worried about other than getting old and recovery time it longer. Other than that, I felt just fine on a great morning to be out running.
