Felt better than I thought it might. Cruising through the miles with Doug. Some of the reps were tough, especially climbing the hill to Gold Medal park in the first mile and the incline up towards the stadium in the second rep. We were fast on all of them and was holding back just a little. Felt great to get the work in, even if it didn't feel great during the work ;^)

Couple options for the run today based on how you feel. Make a call after ~3 miles easy. Option one is to run 3-5 miles at a moderate effort and finishing easy after to get you to 10. The other option is to keep running easy and cover ground.
