off. went to Tyler's football game. Had to run about 10 minutes to get my folder with my w-9 as well. Tried to eat 600 grams of carbohydrates today. Came pretty close as far as I can tell. Jon Little says that I didn't eat enough before the race, so I wonder about whether or not I hit it hard enough 3 days out.
