Notes

Drove to the trailhead--seems to be about 20 minutes, which isn't awful, but just far enough to be inconvenient. Felt pretty good just clicking off 6:40s. Stomach was an issue and I skipped strides at the end. Need to do the strides regularly. Tomorrow I will do the strides for my 2 X 15 workout.
