Notes

Met Chris after 1.5 warmup. We ran 2--3 mile loops on the HP loop--First loop was around 6 and slightly under. 2nd loop was all under 6 flat with the last mile @ 5:32. Not a bad workout--never straining, but legs were dead tired on the way up the 2nd time.
