Eh....maybe my warmup was too short...maybe there was too much pollen or heat...for some reason, I felt like a shit ball...Those 75 to 80s definitely need some work, but the fast finishes are a good sign....how many of these could I do with this much rest? I'd say 5...but that isn't going to cut it for 5k training...really need to ramp up the speed soon...cool down was slow....
