2 and change warmup. A few strides. Then got into 4 miles w/ a goal of 5:26 average. Ended up hitting

[2:35/:37](5:12), [2:44,2:42] (5:26), [2:28, 2:56] (5:24),[3:04, 2:38] (5:42) --goal is to add on another mile next time--maybe in two weeks?

Gotta watch that hip!
