Was dreading this and it wasn't that bad. just over 2 for the warmup and then right into a fartlek hybrid. Cut the rests down to 2 minutes which is feeling surprisingly good. Hitting 5 X5 w/ 2 minute rest won't be a problem next week. This Saturday I've got to hit the strides again. Might hit them tomorrow as well. The issue is becoming that top end gear being 5:20, which is bad news. Foot is kind of fucked up.
