2 mile w/u to the track
4 X 1mile (5:16, 5:19,5:22, 5:20)
Mediocre workout. This is pretty much where I was last year and I don't want to just replicate this fitness again. I really need to increase my endurance and build a base right now. I also should have done some 200s after these miles. Mentally I hung tough so that is a small victory. Need to get in more work around that 5:00 pace.
