Okay. Well need to find the positive in this workout because it wasn't all bad. First I ran 10 miles in 64:08 [6:25 pace] Goal was 6:25 pace so I was right on. The problem was I was running much closer to 60 minute pace for the beginning of the 10 miles until my stomach really started to give me some problems. Stopped in at home to go to the bathroom. Then got back outside for 5 x 3on/3off. This went great:

#1 (5:24 pace) #2 (5:12 pace) #3 (5:19 pace) #4 (5:26 pace) #5 (5:04pace)

The bad part was I was supposed to run the last 30 minutes at steady but really only pulled together about 15 minutes because of more stomach problems. I know that I could have run 30 more minutes at 6:25 pace, but it wasn't worth it today. Thinking about 5 more this evening, but I've got to get this stomach straightened out.
