Thought this was going to be a really easy workout day, but then Chris wanted to do 13 which turned out fine because we really got rolling pretty good on this longer run. A little worried because my Hamstring was tweaking on the last few reps. Hit a 1 minute surge at the beginning of each mile was mostly at .2 for 1 minute with a few as fast as .22 (4:33). Good running.
