BAD BAD BAD BAD. Too close to the 22 miler and now I am really hurting. Supposed to do 10 X 1k off 1 minute @ HM -10K pace but I wasn't even close. [3:17, 3:22, 3:22, 3:22, 3:26, etc....] Did the last one on effort. Am I getting sick? Was it just too close to the 22? Left foot a little sore. No lift whatsoever. You need to go easy for the rest of the week, race hard on Saturday and then not think about another workout until the following Wednesday at the earliest.
