Was feeling pretty good on this run, thinking that each mile was a mile but it was about 10 seconds off, so instead of 6:05 I was hitting 6:15 for most of these. Splits were: 6:22,6:15,6:16,6:00,6:17, 6:10, 6:16,6:40, 6:10, 1:46 [Bedford Home] One clear outlier on the hilly bit up Madison and into the wind. Overall, the idea of this run was to hit 60 minutes at current marathon pace, and I would say mission accomplished. Definitely not in 2:36 shape right now, so 6:15 was about right. Need to ice my ankle and foot.
