Good workout day. Wanted to keep it light but get moving. This shows me that my speed is never too far away. I could be cranking out 8 sub 3s in no time. Breathing was a little bit rough on 2 and 3. 4th was mostly my stomach.

Would like to do this workout again in a few weeks and be able to escalate.
