Notes

Bad, Bad, Bad. Workout was 3 X 2 miles with 3 minute Active recoveries. Did them on the trail because I thought that would be the better way to go for race simulation. Started out the first two way too fast--5:0X--and slowed down significantly. The last one I didn't even start out well and finished even slower. This was my first bomb for this training block and I think it is just all the miles catching up to me, plus it was really hot again today with a dewpoint at 70. I need to think about whether to come back Sunday with another LR workout. I probably will, but I need to be careful. Concerned about falling into the marathon middle ground.
