Dexter Loops

5 X 5 minutes (4 min rest) Warmed up with Zola for about 2 miles and then did multiple loops. Each loop felt really good, especially going downhill. Trying not to stress out too much about feeling tired here or there. The momentum of this workout is building and next week, I will go to 6 X 5 minutes.
