Notes
Took Zola for 1 mile and then got moving on the 5 mile loop, adding in a little spice as I went. When I got to the 4 mile mark, I decided to go with a run to the barn format and see what I could bring it home in. Wrapped up with at 5:26, which I am really happy with. The whole run felt damn easy considering the pace.
Ate hardly anything all day.
