6 X 1 mile at UC track 3+ warmup. Javan met me for the workout 5:04, 5:04, 5:10, 5:15, 5:07, 5:07 [avg 5:07]. Pretty happy with this workout. Of course the 5:15 should come down but some of that was just stomach discomfort and hurting a little bit. The tempo yesterday definitely affected me pretty good. This is a hard workout.
