3 @ 5:30 + 3 @ 6:30 X 5--Well I blew up bad on this one. Really bad by the time the cooldown came around. First three sets were right on [5:10 pace, Recover, 5:30 pace, Recover, 5:30 pace recover, 6:00 pace, Recover, 5:40 pace] My cooldown was nearly at 10 minute pace by the time I was headed up Collins. Not good. achilles is really bad this afternoon.
