Good mixed bag workout today. 2 mile warmup. Then into 2 miles LT which felt pretty good considering how ip have been feeling. Hit that in 10:38. Then 5 minutes total rest. Followed by 2 minutes cruise at about 525 pace followed by 45 seconds blast at about 445 pace. Encouraging workout.
