Moderate 10 miler with the goal of negative splitting. I didn't quite hit that goal 28:48 and 28:54, but it is damn hard to negative split at a good pace on that route and I fought hard on the way back. Those hills just get me pretty good, especially in the morning. Overall, quite happy with this workout, and I think marathon pace is even on click faster than this--probably 5:37 pace on a good day.
